Confidentiality, respect, and professional boundaries are fundamental to the Honor Concierge experience.

Client Privacy

Honor Concierge professionals are expected to treat information learned in connection with a client's service with discretion.

This may include information regarding:

• Identity
• Contact information
• Residence or hotel location
• Travel or scheduling details
• Service preferences
• Wellness goals
• Areas of discomfort or tension voluntarily discussed
• Personal circumstances disclosed during the course of providing a service

Such information should only be used or accessed as reasonably necessary to coordinate and provide the requested service or conduct legitimate business operations.

Private Service Locations

Honor Concierge frequently provides services in private locations including hotels, residences, suites, vacation rentals, offices, and private events.

Professionals are expected to respect the privacy of the location and the client.

Information about a client's property, hotel stay, room, visitors, personal belongings, lifestyle, or activities should not be disclosed or used for unrelated purposes.

Photography and Social Media

Honor Concierge will not intentionally use identifiable client photographs, videos, testimonials, private-location images, or other identifying content for public marketing without appropriate permission.

Clients should never be pressured to participate in photography, testimonials, or promotional content.

Internal Access

Client information should only be available to team members or service providers who reasonably need access in order to:

• Coordinate the appointment
• Deliver the service
• Process payment
• Communicate with the client
• Handle customer service
• Maintain required business records
• Address safety, legal, or operational concerns

Professional Conduct

Honor Concierge professionals are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and to refrain from discussing confidential client information with individuals who do not have a legitimate reason to know it.

Exceptions

Confidentiality does not prevent Honor Concierge from disclosing information when reasonably necessary to:

• Protect the safety of a client or professional
• Address suspected fraud or unlawful activity
• Respond to a lawful subpoena, court order, or government request
• Defend or enforce legal rights
• Meet applicable regulatory or legal obligations
• Process or investigate a payment dispute
• Address a serious violation of professional service standards

Only information reasonably necessary for the situation should be disclosed.

Third-Party Technology

Certain client information may be processed through outside technology providers used for booking, payments, communications, hosting, calendar functions, or other business operations.

Those providers operate according to their own terms, privacy practices, and security measures.

Confidentiality Is Not Medical Privilege

Honor Concierge's commitment to discretion and confidentiality is a professional business practice.

It should not be interpreted as creating physician-patient privilege, psychotherapist-patient privilege, attorney-client privilege, or any other legally protected professional privilege that does not otherwise apply.

Honor Concierge does not represent through this policy that it is a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider unless that status is separately established under applicable law.

Client Responsibility

Clients are also expected to respect the privacy, personal information, safety, and professional boundaries of Honor Concierge wellness professionals.

Recording a professional without consent, publishing private personal information, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination or refusal of service.

Changes to This Policy

Honor Concierge may revise this Confidentiality Policy as its services, technologies, and legal responsibilities evolve.
